The template is set once. The author starts from finished text, not a blank page.

Starting point

The same text written three times.

A monthly report, a market analysis, an in-house commentary — every piece went to the mailing, the expert platform, and social channels. Each time in a different length and form, often written by a different person. Keeping an even level of expertise was hard — content quality depended heavily on who created it.

What we built

A template for every channel.

The author dictates or pastes the material. Lumina writes the text in the established tone and using industry vocabulary, and one draft becomes versions for each channel.

Own mailing — full report with sections and a summary
Expert platform — information summary with a lead and background
Social channels — short form with one takeaway
The same template and language regardless of author

What changed

Consistency matters more than speed.

The tool made repeatability possible, which is key when building several communication channels. On top of that, the technology allows building highly expert content without tying up the time of the in-house experts.
